Chicken in wine sauce
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of sour cream
2 small cans of sliced mushrooms (with their juice)
1/2 cup white wine
Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Place chicken breasts in one layer in a long casserole dish coated in with non stick cook spray.
Combine the soup, sour cream, mushrooms and wine in a medium bowl.
Pour over chicken and dust with paprika and salt and pepper. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
